TangPin Tea strives to deliver its products to our valued customers in the most timely manner. We carefully pack and ship our products to ensure a quick and safe delivery. International delivery times vary by location and world events. 

3/25/22 Update: Due to the pandemic, we are currently experiencing a one week processing delay on all orders. We will update you via email as soon as your order is shipped. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to return to normal operating speeds. 

The typical delivery time to the USA, Canada, and most European locations is 8-18 days.

We always pack our products with the utmost care to prevent breakage. If your product is damaged during shipment, please contact us at Info@tangpintea.com and send us a photo with your order number so we can make it right.
